.: Frequently Asked Questions
Question: |
| How much weight can I realistically lose on this program? |
| |
Answer: |
| Depending on numerous factors, it is possible for you to lose up to 50lbs in the 8 week time frame. On average, our clients lose 2-4 dress sizes in the 8 weeks. |
| |
Question: |
| Is the program extremely difficult, like boot camp? |
Answer: |
| Absolutely not! Our staff is highly trained and experienced. We make your workout experience fun and enjoyable, while getting the results you want. We understand that most people who join in this experience are not always fond of exercise. We take that into account when designing the program. |
| |
Question: |
| I am extremely overweight. Can I realistically exercise almost daily with a trainer? |
Answer: |
| Yes. This program is meant exactly for you. If your weight is affecting your daily activity, your health, your relationships, etc.., then you are a perfect candidate. Our personal trainers, therapists, and Dietician are all very well aware of the exact way to handle each client who joins the program. |
| |
Question: |
| Will my diet be very restrictive? |
Answer: |
| Absolutely not. You will be eating real foods that you normally enjoy. Our Dietician will give you a meal plan to work with that includes your likes and dislikes. She will teach you proper portion sizes and control. You will be eating healthy foods often to keep your energy levels up and your metabolism going. |
| |
Question: |
| Do I need a physical before I attempt the program? |
Answer: |
| Yes. We require you to have medical clearance before beginning the program. You will need to have your physician sign our Physician's Clearance Form prior to your start. |
| |
Question: |
| How much does the program cost? |
Answer: |
| The cost varies per individual. Someone with a goal to lose 50lbs in 8 weeks will require more resources than someone who may need to lose only 20lbs. This may include more weekly personal training sessions, or more visits by our Dietician. After you speak with our Company President, you will be given a detailed quote within 24 hours. Prices can range from $2500.00 to $12,000.00. Note that the average client pays approximately $3500.00 for the program, not including personal chef cooked meals. |
